The booking page lets you request an available date and time. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed appointment, contract, or guaranteed service. The appointment is confirmed only after Jenni sends you a confirmation message.
You may also request an appointment through Instagram. Instagram messages are handled on Instagram's platform and may be subject to Instagram's own terms and privacy practices.
If you need to change or cancel a request or confirmed appointment, contact Jenni as soon as possible. Jenni may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a request when availability, safety, illness, incomplete information, or practical circumstances require it.
Before your appointment, tell Jenni about eye irritation, allergies, sensitivities, infections, recent eye treatment, pregnancy-related concerns, or anything else that may affect a lash lift. Jenni may advise postponing or refusing a treatment for safety reasons.
